Designed and launched Amazon's first customer-facing LLM feature—automated review summaries—while defining ML and automation roadmaps in close partnership with Product and AWS teams. Built organizational depth by hiring and mentoring 40+ engineers and scientists, publishing internal research, and advising senior leadership on ML investment strategy.

Worked on data pipelines and location triangulation using machine learning. In 2017, the company was sold to Telefónica for $20M+.

Worked on caching, CDN implementation, backend and frontend development. 3rd engineer on the team; helped the company raise $500K (2015) and $1.5M (2016). Company went on to raise $80M in 2022.
